If you answered YES to any of these questions, we’d love for you to apply to be a stall-holder at this year’s Creative Kids Winter Market!
What is the Creative Kids Winter Market?
A space for young creatives and kid-entrepreneurs to sell their hand-made products. From cookies, cupcakes, jewellery, crafts, photographs, paintings, portraits... you name it! The market is free entry to the public, and vendors keep all profits they make from sales!
Criteria for Participants:
The applicant must be between 5 and 14 years old at the time of the event.
Children are responsible for the making, advertising and selling of their products (with minimal adult assistance)
The stall-holder is responsible for signage, decoration, presenting the stall in an appealing way, and manage their stall during the event.
Event Details:
The Winter Market will take place at the Art Club studio on Sunday 24 November, 11am-2pm
Space is limited - we have only a set number of available spots. We are specifically looking for child-made art, crafts, gifts, accessories, and innovative ideas. We may not be able to accept all applications. To be in with a good chance, make sure your idea is creative and original!
Tables and chairs will be provided for each stall. We recommend you bring a tablecloth and sign for your stall.
This event is solely for kid-made products - no adult-made items! Children may not sell goods on behalf of their parents.
If you plan to sell food products, all ingredients must be labelled clearly.
Children may sell different products in the same booth.
Siblings or friends may apply to run a stall together (max. 2 children with 1 adult).
No dogs allowed.
Cost:
The cost to have a stall is $550 (shared stalls cost $650).
Upon acceptance, you will receive a payment link to secure your spot.
The fee includes access to two drop-off Saturday Maker Workshops in November, where stall-holders will meet other young entrepreneurs.
The workshops will be held 9 & 16 November,(times to be confirmed). During these workshops, makers will have full access to Art Club facilities (e.g., pin-making machine, iron-beads, pendant charms, art materials) to create extra products for your stall! We'll also offer support with pricing, packaging, and customer service to help them get ready for the big day.
